Uselessness if Law EnforcementPost: Hugh
OK. So, the guys with the badges set up a road block in San Jacinto to nab drunks and make the community aware of naughty drivers. The article states there were 24 UNLICENSED drivers (of 470 vehicles) that were cited. My question is this: Of the 24 unlicensed drivers how many were checked for legal citizenship status?

The article states a total of five 'impaired' were arrested. Why are unlicensed drivers not arrested? Of course, they could possibly be illegal aliens and that would be a REAL problem to deal with.

Just asking. Which is really worse? Five 'suspected' drivers under the influence or 24 unlicensed drivers with no insurance whatsoever?
