 15.1    TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING: GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 964 (FOUNDATION – REGULAR) – Infinity Holding, Inc. /Trip Hord Associates – Lakeland Village Zoning District – Elsinore Area Plan – 1st District. The Planning Director recommends that the Board adopt an order initiating proceedings for the above-referenced general plan amendment to amend the General Plan Foundation Component of the subject site from Rural to Open Space and Community Development and to amend the land use designation of the subject site from Rural Mountainous (10 acre minimum) to Community Development: Very High Density Residential (14 – 20 dwelling units per acre), Community Development: High Density Residential
