RAGLM VOTING KEYReply: Nathan
Just wanted to clarify as some have sent back ballots as a full page and not just the cut out below the dotted line. RAGLM has included a voting key on our ballots that went out simply for reasons to assure the integrity of the election. Your name and voting key are not stored nor are they used to determine who voted for who. The process is completely anonymous.

MAKE SURE YOU SEND BACK JUST THE BOTTOM PORTION!

One board member has sent out the ballots while a different board member will receive and count the ballots to further ensure the anonymity of your votes. Please know that we do not want to know who voted for who nor will we know as again they were sent by one person and will be collected by another.

Please make sure you cut on the dotted line and only send back your bottom ballot portion.

RAGLM VotingPost: Nathan
Just an FYI, ballots have been mailed out to all current RAGLM Community members. Please know that you are only eligible to vote in our upcoming board elections if you are current on your community membership. This is not the same as your RAGLM.org memberships as RAGLM.org only members will not be eligible to participate in our upcoming elections.

If you are not a current RAGLM community member, please make sure you send in your signed membership form along with your donation to be post marked no later than tomorrow October 25, 2012 if you wish to participate in our upcoming elections.

Please know that you are entitled to one vote per entity regardless of how many properties you own or how much money you donate to RAGLM.

If you are unsure about your current membership status, please contact the board at board@raglm.org.

NOTE: An entity is defined as a business, family, or those that live at one physical address. Spouses are considered one entity and will have only one vote for their membership.

This is an informative post only and will not be open for replies. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the RAGLM board directly.
