Agricultural Grading Code Changes/Tues. Sept. 28/Board of SuerpvisorsPost: Cindy Ferry
This is a must read for anyone doing animals keeping or other agricultural uses on their land.  This goes before the Board of Supervisors on Tues. Sept. 28, agenda item 3.71.   This change will require all kinds of applications and fees to grade your lands.  Please read the document to become fully aware of how this ordinance could and will effect you, your property and your agriculture and animal keeping uses.  The link below is to the actual document to be signed into order by the Board of Supervisors on Tues. and spells out the new rules for grading on agricultural lands (including Residential/Agricultural).  If you do grading, you'll need to make sure the landowner has the proper paperwork filed and approved and there may be some you have to file for before doing grading under these conditions.
