The Planning Director recommends that the Board adopt an order initiating proceedings for the above-referenced general plan amendment to amend the General Plan Land Use Element for the subject property from Community Development: Light Industrial (0.25 to 0.35 floor area ratio) to Community Development: Highest Density Residential (20 to 40 dwelling units per acre).
