New EPA regulations and our County General PlanPost: Nathan
Just thought I would share. Yes as the VA scandal continues the Government is working on far more sinister things as always. Look over here, while I steal more from you. Well you will not hear it in the news for many reasons but the EPA is currently implementing new regulations that will allow them to have complete control of your personal property. They are using the Clean Water Act of 1974 to do it. They are as always siting safety and security because you are not smart enough to take care of yourself.

They will now have complete oversight on every piece of land (public or private) that has either a pond, water way, or simple seasonal runoff. I believe this includes every property in the U.S. You can see the same happening at our local level. If you take a look at our new General Plan you will see in the maps section that all of our waterways in the Lake Mathews area (though I suspect it is throughout the whole county) are now going to be taken into government control. Do a simple Google search and you will find it.

Only you can prevent Government encroachment, just remember 20 years from now when you are tired of all of it and it is more out of control to where it will actually effect you personally that you have been informed. Please pay attention to our Government and take action, educate yourself when you vote. Are you capable of taking care of yourself or do you need the Government to take care of you?

P.S. For those that care, California also has legislation that I am sure will pass with the super majority in power to change the minimum wage to $13/hour and will also make 3 mandatory sick days per year. Just an FYI.
