You Guys Rock - Love This Community! Boulders Hearing UpdateReply: Nathan
Though I was not able to attend, I listened to the whole thing. About 10 speakers from the community. Many concerns voiced. You guys are amazing and this is proof that the little guy can make a change if they simply voice their opinion. Even someone from TLMA spoke against it. Most caught word via NextDoor which was posted by Elaine from RAGLM after we posted on the RAGLM site. Thank you Elaine for posting it on NextDoor and THANK YOU to the resident who brought it to my attention last week for the first time so we were able to post it on our site. Planning had some better recommendations and seemed to not like the full change to 2-5 acre, they seemed to recommend 1/2 to acre only in the zone.

NOTE: No development has been approved yet and we need to keep an eye on it.

GREAT JOB COMMUNITY! YOU ROCK, I LOVE LIVING HERE BECAUSE OF MY NEIGHBORS!

5 New Developments In Our Area - Never Vetted By This CommunityPost: Nathan
Just wanted to make you all aware of some upcoming developments in our COI area. As far as I am aware, not a single one of these were brought to a community meeting for this community to comment on or vet first. Just wanted to share.

NOTE: All links below to locations are rough as the descriptions are not very specific so I got them as close as I could.

Just wanted to inform you all. This is why the recent General Plan updates were so important as the County now has the authority to change any part of our area to commercial as they see fit.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD! Call the County or email the address' above and let them know how you feel about not having any say in the development of your community.
